In accordance with Minnesota Statute 121A.335, the Minnesota Department of Health and the Minnesota Department of Education, Rushford-Peterson Schools has implemented its Lead in Drinking Water Plan. The Plan includes a program of lead in water testing, lead hazard reduction options and communications.
